Probably the worst internet service provider, to bad it's the only semi-decent one avaliable. Takes forever to download anything, gaming is not even close to par with down south, sometimes you can't even play! and when you do, there is long delay in response time. I was charged 125$ or going over 10GB with no warning, no proof.
Last note: change the pricing or upgrade the product.

I think the people of Iqaluit should get together and make them change their crappy internet,service and support. Iqaluit is a capital City and we desirve what we pay for, this is their idea of support http://www.nwtel.ca/about/newsMedia/newsRelease.jsp?id=1324, (you'll notice northwestel Iqaluit)now you know any company that gives 800k away has made a crap load of money

start giving us what we pay for. by the way doesn't Bell Canada own them now?

i too have the sorry excuse for high speed that northwesttel shamelessly overcharges for.i sure hope they spend all the money they're making on security and such.still it's a little faster than Qiniq(but not a helluva lot tho'
